Artists Notes: I painted this 427 cobra in 1980 it was owned by Dr. Grant Hill of Okotoks, Alberta, a great credit to the old car hobby in his own right. This legendary car more than held its own on the streets of Calgary in the late 70′s. The good doctor even gave rides around a slalom course at $50 a piece to benefit charity. Awesome.

Artists Notes: After taking about 100 photos of this car, I decided to paint this view as the back of the car reflected the gorgeous Chinook clouds that came out of nowhere that day. This black GT-500 is a knockout to start with and our timing on the weather couldn’t have been better. This was a fun car to paint.
